Palestinian Authority Era, it is my

site visitor will be introduced to
many new tasks and actions which
been taken by the
council to improve the CITY in all
aspects, also to be Knowledgably of
all the achievements we have
obtained.
In spite of the transparency of our
Principles, and our strategic
vision, to our programme, we still
work under the Principles of “SHURA”
(Islamic Democracy) and respect the
present definition of Democracy, to
ensure the rightness of our decision
making.
Dear visitor,
It is in our intention to make you
feel that you are one of us, and
give you the opportunity if you have
a certain vision or constructive
idea to put it before the people
Concerned, and we promise you it
will be studied thoroughly and will
take our utmost attention.
Many of our locals accepted the
challenge of immigrating over seas
to earn their living; we are hoping
that this website will provide a
communication platform with them as
well as the residents who live in
the City. We want them to share with
us the enjoyment of roaming the
modern streets of our City as well
as smelling the armour of our
distinguished Old City.
We are working hard to provide
security to the community , promote
Women Rights, protect our family and
moral values, taking care of
children especially orphans, Sons &
Daughter of MARTYERS, and Prisoners
of War, give every possible
Support to the youth whom we
consider a firm support to the
community, and the future. Give
Education & Culture the appropriate
due; in addition to this honour the
people who are behind this.As a
present from The Council, we put
before our visitor all our
achievements.
Our motto is and will always be “AL-
BIREH is Beautiful & Green”
To keep this true and real we
regularly encourage (Environmental
Friendly Policy),
Advanced sewage net work, round the
clock cleaning programmed, and a
geographical expansion to our town
planning to make use, and improve to
what we have.
Our main aims is to keep on climbing
to the top, keep on improving,
develop and improve our employees
statues, respect their dignity, take
advantage of all the resources
provided to us .Our duty is to give
people what we owe them .
We believe in the Policy of Openness
on the different establishments of
Local Society, Territorial, and
International. The mechanism of this
openness shows our seriousness in
what we said.
The Municipality ‘INSHALLAH” is the
most power establishment in the City
It is the big and warm refuge to
every one belongs to this City.
